I did not have access to the users for this project, so the first thing I did was collect data from as many PM's as I can find.
They fed me as much learned user information as they can.
Product Audit - Through my research I was able to gain access to valuable product review screen recordings. I studied and analyzed 5 hours of product video footage.
The problem manifested itself in the UI

The user data told the story of users troubled with knowing where to start or begin their task.
The product audit told the story of a product smothered with features and tools requested by users but with no thought of where, why and how it should belong.
Through my data analysis, I realized the complexity of the product was due to a lack of understanding the difference between
the product and its features. My goal was to clearly define and separate the two.
We focused on two things.
1. Information architecture -  Based on the purpose of the product.
2. A meaningful taxonomy - Based on the users purpose in connection to the product.
Defining the point of entry was key! The client had two products. A view product and a view manager. My recommendation was to combine the two into a single flow.
A second option flow for just the review product
Next we created low-fi wireframes to represent the UI and its function within the basic logic flow.
